Steve Delaere: Owner & President
Born and raised in Rochester, Michigan, Steve earned his degree from Wayne State University in Detroit. He got his start in construction working as a plumber’s apprentice in his teens. After college, he discovered the beautiful Columbia River Gorge and has called it home ever since. In the mid 90’s, he started his own plumbing company which he later sold in 2002. He was always intrigued with the process of building something from the ground up. His expertise in the plumbing and mechanical trades, along with years of expertise in remodeling and new construction, led him to his career as a general contractor.
Steve is involved with and oversees every project. His 25 plus years of experience give him the knowledge to guide you and his team through the most challenging projects. His integrity and commitment to building quality custom homes creates relationships that last long after the project is complete.
